Thank you so much for auditioning for Jekyll & Hyde! We had a ton of wonderful auditions, and were very impressed with the incredible talent we saw.

We would like to note that we are holding callbacks only for lead characters, and those who did not receive a callback may still be in the cast. ALL ACTORS are invited to our dance call, regardless if they received a callback or not, and we STRONGLY encourage all actors to attend our dance call. Our dance call is from 6-7:30pm in the Loeb Dance Studio.

Below we have included important information regarding callbacks. Please be sure to thoroughly read ALL of the points below.

Saturday character callbacks will follow this schedule: Lucy 12-1pm; Emma 1-2:15 pm; Jekyll/Hyde 2:15-4 pm. Each of these three will be in the Loeb Dance Studio. Then, we will resume in the evening with Utterson 8-8:45 pm, Danvers 8:45-9:30 pm, and Stride 9:30-10 pm. These later callbacks will be in Rehearsal Room C in the Loeb.

We will also be also calling back a few actors for Jekyll/Hyde, Emma, and Lucy on Sunday from 2-6 pm, and these callbacks will be in the Loeb Dance Studio. These actors will be notified via email on Saturday evening.

The OPEN Dance Call is on Saturday from 6-7:30pm in the Loeb Dance Studio. All actors are strongly recommended to attend—it is an important factor in ensemble and lead casting. Please wear clothing you comfortable in, and wear character shoes if you have them—otherwise, sneakers are fine! We also recommend that you stretch and warmup beforehand.

If you have to miss our dance call, please email our choreographer, Crystal ([email protected]) a 30-60 second video of you dancing—any style is acceptable!

Actors should arrive 15 minutes early for each callback, and vocally warm up before the callback begins.

If you have ANY OTHER CONFLICTS AT ALL that would cause you to MISS or be LATE to you callback please IMMEDIATELY contact the stage manager, Liz (at [email protected] or 617-435-0245).

We will be recording some callbacks; please let us know if you would not like to be recorded. Your choice to be recorded, or not, will not impact if we cast you.
