The Spring Awakening team wants to sincerely thank every single actor who came to auditions this week! We loved watching you all sing, act, and dance, and we greatly appreciated the thoughtfulness that everybody brought to their artistry throughout the audition and callback process.

Our finalized cast lists are below with information about each character. PLEASE NOTE that all casted actors must meet with the rehearsal team before they can sign for their parts. We will be holding “office hours” in Leverett Dining Hall from 8-10pm on Monday, January 29 and from 7-9pm on Tuesday, January 30. During these times there will be an opportunity to privately talk with the director and/or stage managers. If you are unable to attend either of these times or would like to talk separately, please reach out to the stage managers, Em and Liz, and they will find another time for you to meet with the team. Those unsure about signing for their role are highly encouraged to attend these office hours or otherwise meet with the director/stage managers—you do not have to be certain about your decision. Those cast in alternate roles are welcome to attend these office hours as well, whether the role has officially been offered to you yet or not.

Spring Awakening will run on the Loeb Proscenium from April 3-6, with mandatory strike on April 7. Rehearsals will begin this weekend following a readthrough on Saturday, February 3 or Sunday, February 4, then will ramp up until we begin residency on March 18. You must be able to attend ALL show dates. Our show dates and times are as follows:

Wednesday, April 3 at 7:30pm
Thursday, April 4 at 7:30pm
Friday, April 5 at 7:30pm
Saturday, April 6 at 2pm
Saturday, April 6 at 7:30pm

Due to overlapping residencies, we cannot share actors with Constellations, Julius Caesar, Medea: The Musical, The Last Five Years, or the First Year Musical. We are also not able to share most actors with The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee due to incompatible rehearsal timelines. If you would like to sign for any other show, you must reach out to the stage managers and director first.
